Inverter GTFX3048

Hi community

Have a problem with my two outback GTFX3048.
This system is connecting in parallel for 120/240 master and slave, the problem is :

The mate take out the inverter setting in port, the opticre see need attention for 2 inverter, next I’m set a model gtfx3048 and the system turn up.

My RE system: Outback - Garage roof:
- 8 (2x4) Evergreen 180's into one FM80 (2007/2020 - replaced MX60)
- 6 (2×3) ALEO S79-300's into one FM80 (2017)
- 2 grid-tied GVFX3524's classic stacked for 120/240VAC (2007)
- 12 Surrette/Rolls 2V x 1766Ah (2007)
- Hub10.3, Mate3s, FNDC, RTS, OpticsRE. Tigo Energy ES maximizers on each PV module.

Westinghouse Solar - Barn roof: (2012)
- 30 (2x15) 235W panels with Enphase M215 microinverters, grid-tied

Outback Skybox - Barn roof: (2019)
- 14 Talesun 275W in series (DC array input to SB charger)
- 3 SimpliPhi 3.8 batteries, 48V, 225Ah total
- AC coupled input (manual switch during grid outage only) from 14 Talesun 275W,
Enphase M215 microinverters, normally direct grid tied

All self-designed and self-installed

Hi Yamill - It's not clear from your post what the exact problem is.

Please state the exact error message or warning (if any) that you're getting. If no error messages, then can you further explain the nature of the problem? I am sure someone here on the forum will be able to help.

Outback IBR3 battery enclosure
Suniva 330 watt panels (12 - 6 strings of 2 in series)
Hyundai 355 watt panels (6 - 3 strings of 2 in series)
Honda EU7000is gas fuel generator

Is the issue that the Inverter model name does not stay fixed in the Optics RE configuration page? You've had to reenter it twice?

These days I found an update from opticsre and apparently it was the cause that removed the configuration of each inverter. The problem is as follows! my outback is GTFX3048 and there is another 3648 model because of that I must choose the one that corresponds to me. if an update comes out this comes out and requires you to put it back. the bad luck is that they are 2009 and there is no more firmware for them for that reason they lose configuration.

I've run into that with my ancient FX3048T n past OpticsRE updates. Manually entering the proper Inverter model resolves it, as you've discovered.
