Absorb count down timer in AGS cycle?

Post by drstrip » Sun Jan 05, 2020 10:32 am

Can the mate display the remaining absorption time during an AGS cycle?
If so, where do I find it? None of the timers on Page 4 seem to be related to this.
Thx

On a Mate3, pressing the Charger button shows the Inverter Charger status, including count-down timers for Absorb and Float.

There are many reasons for upgrading the basic Mate. This is just one of them and a minor one at that.

Truth. I notice the original Mate is a current model. Good for basic config of OB gear at lower cost than the Mate3. With that comes a lot less useful functionality, in my experience of helping a neighbor with their system.

Original Mate:
Status/FX/Batt/3 clicks down to absorb time remaining

Just noticed this thread and coincidentally had AGS start - lots of rain.
