Can't upload attachment

Postby Mike Curran on Wed Mar 29, 2017 7:32 am

I'm trying to upload a 96K jpg file from an OpticsRE screen shot and I get a message, "Could not upload attachment to ./files/266_a5033063784281f85 blah blah blah" (that's NOT the file name). Something I'm not doing right?

96 KB should be no problem. Is there any other information from the error message besides "Could not upload"? Some error code?

No error message except the following just below where the forum website says "Post reply": Could not upload attachment to ./files/266_c884908568ce66ed1242fbc681ebdee7

David, If you want to PM me your email I can send you the .jpg file, if you think that'd be helpful.

Looks like we've got it figured out. We recently upgraded the server from IIS6 to 8 and plainly some of our permissions were whacked out. Uploading should be possible again now.
