Resetting system maximums

In Optics, my Skybox PV status shows peak power occurred in 2015, we'll before I owned it (and maybe before it was even conceived ). Is there a way to reset these?

The peak power value was captured in manufacturing, prior to the time being set. There is currently no method of resetting that value.
