changing OpticsRE password

Post by Megunticook » Wed Jan 08, 2020 7:23 am

I've just scoured my ORE page and can't find anywhere to change my login password. Can someone point me to where that is?

Thanks.

I think this is covered in the OpticsRE Knowledge Base.

Log into your OpticsRE account then hover the mouse over the far left until the window expands. Click on Knowledge Base. Under "How Do I...." there is a write up on changing/resetting your password.

I think changing the password is as simple as clicking on "Need Help" in the login screen and then using the reset password feature.

Thanks, found it.

In case anyone else is hunting for this: click on your name under the logo in the upper left. This opens up an "Account Settings" dialog box. Click on your name again in that box, and you get a "Personal Settings" dialog where you can change the password.

I put together a quick overview of the Account Settings page and the options available here.
