OpticsRE Offline

Please help...
My OpticsRE connection to my mate3s went down on Dec 12, 2019 at 1am EST.
I have finally been able to get to my system to check it out.
I've rebooted everything,
Upgraded the Mate3s Firmware to 1.4.2 and my GS8048A's to 1.6.7
I've even done the Mate3s firmware twice as I read in some area's that trying it twice could help.
However OpticsRE is still showing: CURRENT SYSTEM STATUS : OFFLINE

I can connect locally to the Mate3s by HTTP://IPaddress:80 and see the current status, so I know there is network connections.

Please advise what else I can try.
By the way, I have been following the other post and also trying all the suggestions there, I just didn't want to hijack that post.

Not sure if this solved the issue, but checked the port button, and it was showing connecting on OpticsRE.
I changed my network setting from Static to DHCP, saved it , then back to static and then port status changed to Connected and now it's back online....???????

One other question, is there anyway to recover the data from the last month?

If you have data logging enabled on firmware 1.4.2, the replay file function would automatically upload the data to OPTICS after reconnecting.

Unfortunately, if you had an older version of firmware installed when it disconnected, and/or data logging was not enabled, the replay file function would not be able to upload the data to OPTICS.
