Not sure if my generator is charging my batteries

I have installed my Flexpower One vxfr3648A with 8 200NC batteries in an IBR-2 enclosure. everything appears to be functioning fine but I am not sure how to check if the generator is charging the batteries or not. Is there a SIMPLE way to check? Thanks!!

Hello,
On the MATE3, the four soft keys under the screen. Number 3 right under the inverter icon, will display the inverter mode. Look at page 40 on the MATE3 manual

Well my batteries are definitely not being charged. The screen you pointed out doesn't even come up following your directions. Everything else appears to work fine except for the charging. I've updated the firmware and checked all the settings. I will be going over all the documentation again and double checking every single thing in hopes that something will jump out. Unfortunately this is a very off-grid cabin, no Internet or phone service of any kind so makes it much more difficult to troubleshoot.
