AXS Port Connection Problem

We have installed an AXS port and configured with OPTIC RE before 2 months. In the past two months we came acrosss with several disconnections. The only way to reconnect the AXS port with OPTIC RE was with power reset. I configured a static ip and a reboot interval of 4 hours. I have also update the firmware to the latest (3.15.1). Is there a solution to fix the problem?

I had an issue like that where AXS port would keep disconnecting as well. If you are using a WiFi dongle, it is possible that there is some problem between the connection of the WiFi dongle, AXS port, and router. I don't know where for certain.
I could reset the disconnection either by power cycling, or by disconnecting and reconnecting the ethernet port.

For me, what got rid of disconnections was to wire the AXS port directly to my router with ethernet cable rather than using a WiFi dongle. Since I did that, I have not had a single disconnection.
