I have lost power and now my system will not power anything over 6800 watts for any time? Inverter will shut off with no events and no tripped breakers ? This is with 850ah at 6hr forklift battery and 18000 watts of solar? please help!

What do you mean by having lost power?

Ice storm Power lines are down. I am now getting a low output voltage error. Battery voyage is good . Now it will not powering thing over 4kw ? Inverter will shut off and you have to turn the inverter off an then back on again manually.

The Radian is grid connected, and the grid went down, correct?

Grid failures can cause any number of unstable/surge events when the power goes down. We do a lot to avoid damaging effects from surges on our PV/DC circuits, but rarely provide surge protection on our AC circuits. It's difficult to discern without diagnostics at the board level, but it is a possibility one or more of the FETs or other components on the power board were damaged by some out-of-tolerance surge event.

I'd open a ticket with OB support on this.

A few factors that could be overlooked that may be culplrit:
1. battery terminals: if DC input voltage under load goes low enough to trigger shutdown, it will measure proper without load attached and may be hard to find. You may already know this however.
(this alleged terminal fault could exist within the breaker section)
2. Temperature: if the unit is operating with a derated output due to being hot (Texas offers this issue often) then it will shut down as overload far below rated output. This is normal, and usually happens on sunny days when all seems well if you do not limit the current when inverter is hot.
(I utilize a very complex automation system that calculates derated output allowances)

Check these things before you assume anything is faulty.
If faulty, outback are good folks. They are very reasonable.
