What do you mean by having lost power?

Ice storm Power lines are down. I am now getting a low output voltage error. Battery voyage is good . Now it will not powering thing over 4kw ? Inverter will shut off and you have to turn the inverter off an then back on again manually.

The Radian is grid connected, and the grid went down, correct?

Grid failures can cause any number of unstable/surge events when the power goes down. We do a lot to avoid damaging effects from surges on our PV/DC circuits, but rarely provide surge protection on our AC circuits. It's difficult to discern without diagnostics at the board level, but it is a possibility one or more of the FETs or other components on the power board were damaged by some out-of-tolerance surge event.

I'd open a ticket with OB support on this.
