fm80 wont boot up

a coupe of days ago i came home and fm80 stooped working no display nothing the batteries were fully charged question is it possible that my control board went bad or can u list the possibilities of things that could be the problem, battery voltage is not one of them for sure its a component....

What is the battery voltage reading at the controller battery input terminals?

24v battery bank reading 24.8 v lead acid at the charge controller terminal it sparks whenever I plug in the battery wires there is enough juice to start the fm80
