My MATE 2 has no display for SOC

It just displays the battery voltage, which is of course very aleatory, depends on the time of day, loads, charge, etc.

Is it possible to get a battery SOC percentage?

thanks.

You need the FLEXnet DC (FNDC) to get SOC display on an OB system. You need an OutBack HUB and at least one 500 Amp to 50 millivolt shunt as well.

Here is a link to the FNDC product page for more details.

I own a hub and an FNDC. The latter has never once displayed correct SOC despite the resetting, etc, etc.

If anyone has an FNDC that even somewhat accurately records SOC -(SG verified)- please let it be known.

For a cheaper option (if you do not need the FNDC functions), try using a non Outback battery monitor such as the Victron BMV-700 (as I see you already have some Victron gear).
