Re: "full settings met" message...

Thank you, pnwheels, for your reply. I do have a remote sensor, but honestly I don't believe it's configured, and to your point, I'm checking it today. Really appreciate that reminder. Also I'll hit the Surrette site and review their latest settings for my batteries, just to be sure. Good info, that...

Re: "full settings met" message...

I did not note the PV IN or BAT OUT settings, unfortunately, though I do seem to recall the array sending in around 70+ an hour or so before sundown. And I noticed the CC being in Bulk initially, in the early evening, when the fan went on numerous times as the day cooled, which is not normal, in my ...

Re: "full settings met" message...

Thank you Jorge, very much appreciate the response. Crazy that I have never noticed that message before. I did see last night that the CC seemed stuck in MPPT Bulk (at 7pm, sun going down), and the Inverter was exceptionally warm. Which prompts the questions... Is there a way to force the CC into Fl...

"full settings met" message...

Hi all, I've owned my outback system (off grid) for 4 years with minimal problems, totally love it. Today, however, I saw a new message in my Mate that I have never seen before: Full Settings Met, and the 100% in the upper right double blinking (one blink bold, one not). I checked the inverter and C...

Re: FX3048T Error status light

Sandra - I very much appreciate your information - thanks! I just spoke with Diane in support and we lined up shipping for the internal fan. She also pointed me to the installation video (FX Board Replacement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtEw8ijqHpU). (If that video is incorrect please flag me!)...

Re: FX3048T Error status light

Sandra - thank you for the reply.

Here's what my Mate is displaying for warnings (no errors, at the moment):

Internal Fan Failure Detected: Yes
AirTemp: 173
Fettemp: 186
Captemp: 182

Fan replacement? Other?
Any other troubleshooting tips before I follow the rabbit?

FX3048T Error status light

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, and not highly technical in the realm of solar power. I've had my system for 3+ years here on the Big Island, with not a single issue. Completely love this system. However, in the last few days, I have seen the inverter Error Status Light either solid red (at the end o...

Re: Batteries discharging

Thanks all - totally appreciate the info. Excellent PDF, thank you. I'll be working through my system in detail this weekend. (It's off grid, 6v rolls, fyi.) After further digging through this forum and the manuals, I suspect it's pretty close to where I might want it, but also think it needs a few ...

Batteries discharging

Hey all - this is my first post, after installation of my system. I qualify as a newbie, there's no doubt of it. :) I have a lot of questions regarding set points etc, and will follow up as needed. However, for the moment, here's an system outline and my question. FlexMaxOne 48V w/GTFX3048 inverter,...
