Outback CC's scaling back when trying to Equalize.

I have 2 FM80's that I mainly use in my system but when I want to equalize I also use an additional CC with a few extra panels. The problem is when I turn on equalize my Outback CC's scale back even though it looks like all my settings are correct. Here is a list if my settings: MATE3S Global Charge...

I added the site name.

If it wasn't connected I wouldn't be able to access the site.

OpticsRE changes don't take...

Why is it that some days OpticsRE changes don't take... yet others are done within 10 seconds?

I haven't been able to update remotely for 2 days now.

Automatic Equalize at specific time of day.

I have a FP1 VFXR3524A-01 system. It will allow me to automatically equalize every so many days but is there a way I can force it to equalize during a specific time of day?

If not is there a workaround for this ?

Thanks

FP1 VFXR3524A-01 + DC Generator OpticsRE info

I see there is a OpticsRE feedback indicator for a Generator. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a backup charge controller setup on its feedbackloop. I am looking at this because I already have 2 FM80 units on my existing shunts. I would mainly like to see if it was turned on or off wi...

FM80 Current Limit set to 77 yet caught it at 79+

I have a FP1 VFXR3524A system with 2 FM80's. Both FM80's have Current Limit set to 77 amps yet I caught one at 79.1 amps and shortly later the OutBack Ground Fault Detector-GFDI-80D tripped. I had the FM80's set to 77 amps because the GFDI-80D tripped earlier. I figured I wouldn't have to limit the ...

OPTICSRE System Capacity listed as 4kW

On my OPTICSRE it listes System Capacity listed as 4kW with my VFXR3524a system. I have other posters post screenshots of the same inverter with 3.5kW listed in OPTICSRE.

Is there a setting somewhere I am missing to change this?

They are all so close now that I cannot get them any closer.

I do not think that is the issue.... I will have no way of knowing until a full sunny day.

Re: Max 65 Amps with FP1 VFXR3524A + Addtional FM80

One charge controller was only like .1v off. They are close but .x2v off or something... I need to adjust a pot to get it exact.

I remembered reading a post on which pot it was to adjust... does anyone know?

Re: Max 65 Amps with FP1 VFXR3524A + Addtional FM80

Originally Global Charge was disabled and they were both set to 80ADC... same issue existed then.

I have not calibrated both voltage.... do I just use a meter?

Re: Max 65 Amps with FP1 VFXR3524A + Addtional FM80

I could tell it was because my First FM80 that normally has about 45ADC output lowered when shade hit it first and my Second FM80 went from about 15-16ADC up to 30ADC.

Re: Max 65 Amps with FP1 VFXR3524A + Addtional FM80

After playing around with the settings I just knowticed one of my FM80's is showing up as a FM60... is this a bug? Can I verify it is a FM80 from the serial number?

Regardless I should still be getting a higher amp output.

Re: Max 65 Amps with FP1 VFXR3524A + Addtional FM80

Both FM80's are set to 80ADC Current limit. Grid-Tie mode is also Enabled. I am currently GridZero on my VFX3524 but my Mate3s Global charger control is Enabled and Max Battery Charge is 80Amps. These are the settings I have before posting. I figured that my issue was related to these settings but i...

I have a FP1 VFXR3524A and second FM80. Both have of the same panel in same location and everything... (6x REC310pv72's each). On an optimal cloudless day like today the first FM80 has about 47-48 amps output on shunt and the second FM80 has about 15.5 or so both totaling around 65 amps. My mate3s M...
