Re: OpticsRE Not Showing All Data

Here is the information on both modes from the FXR Owner's manual that you can download at http://www.outbackpower.com/resources-mobile/documents/product-documentation/item/fxr-vfxr-a-series-60hz-technical-documentation (P. 18) The Backup mode is intended for systems that have utility grid available...

Re: OpticsRE showing strange data and logs

In these cases we usually recommend that you attempt a remote reboot of your device. Thanks for this suggestion, Bryce! That looks to have resolved the data issue Glad to hear that resolved the issue! I did take a closer look at the status data coming in. The messages were missing large chunks of d...

Re: OpticsRE showing strange data and logs

FYI, this system is installed at my house in Cabo San Lucas, which I'm not at right now. Due to the travel restrictions I won't be able to get down there for the foreseeable future, so I'm hoping this isn't an issue with the system. I'm not sure whether there's a problem with my system, or if this ...

Re: Latest Optics Maintenance

A small quibble with Optics now -- in the Inverter Device Map, the EQ Voltage, Absorb Voltage, and Float Voltage are no longer followed in the list by EQ Time, Absorb Time, and Float Time. It's easier to work with if the voltage is immediately followed by the time. Later edit -- I see it's the same...

Re: Planned OPTICS RE Maintenance - March 11, 08:00 PDT

Slight under-estimate on my last post.

Final checks look good.

We're keeping things locked up until optimization is finished. We're getting very close and it should hopefully be complete in the next 20 to 30 minutes.

Re: Planned OPTICS RE Maintenance - March 11, 08:00 PDT

During the data migration some customers may have experienced a slight data-loss between 02/29/2020 and 03/01/2020. As this loss is unlikely to have a large impact on the daily total for 02/29/2020 we are not planning on restoring these records at this time. Final checks are commencing along with da...

Re: Planned OPTICS RE Maintenance - March 11, 08:00 PDT

Update on progress: 1. The device service had to be taken offline for about an hour while we migrated aggregation data. 2. The device service is now back online and you should see your devices start reconnecting on the port screen if you use a Mate3, or the network status screen if you have a SkyBox...

This what I get  : Grab1.jpeg I have PowerFlow envy! As Mike showed above the tool-tip is supposed to collapse after a certain size but we may still need to make some adjustments. I have a couple of questions: 1. Have you tried clearing your cache for the website and then logging back in again...

Re: Emergency Maintenance 10:30 A.M. PST (18:30 UTC)

Are you still performing maintenance? (1800hrs Pacific Time) Would this explain OpticsRE showing my MATE3s as OFFLINE, or is that a problem with the MATE3s failing to reconnect after your maintenance? thanks We didn't have any noticeable increase in connection outages during the maintenance as the ...

Re: Optics issues

While I can't speak to the root cause of your generator issues yet there is a way to reboot the Mate3s through OpticsRE. 1. From your system dashboard, select Device Map 2. Select the Mate3s 3. Select the Connectivity tab (Should be the last one) 4. Select Reset Gateway. 5. Select Ok on the prompt t...

Thanks for the changes, esp. the Simpliphi battery support. I see the historical graphs are now colored reasonably, but the battery icon still appears yellow at < 60% SOC I believe. I think the graph changes to yellow at 30%? Also what are the yellow and red voltage levels? I got down into the 50's...
